Printing prices include basic artwork sizing and placement. Custom design, artwork licensing, wall preparation and special access are quoted separately. Travel charges may apply outside of the Edmonton area.
Does my wall print come with a warranty?
Yes. Indoor wall prints include a 24-month workmanship warranty from the completion date. It covers defects caused by our printing process, including improper ink curing and ink adhesion failure where the underlying wall and paint remain intact.
We inspect the finished print with you and correct any printing errors. If a covered defect develops during the warranty period, we’ll repair or reprint the affected area at no charge.
The warranty excludes damage caused by impact, abrasive cleaning, moisture, failure of the underlying wall or paint, and subsequent alterations. Any warranty for outdoor or specialty-surface projects is confirmed separately in your quote.
